Notice of First Hearing – CDBG and HOME Programs
The Municipality of Penn Hills will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 24, 2022, at 7:30 PM, to discuss the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) and the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Programs. This information will be utilized by the Municipality for the preparation of the FY 2022 Annual Action Plan.
Release – Pollutant Reduction Plan
Penn Hills is releasing the Pollutant Reduction Plan for the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System.

Holiday Light Cruise
Penn Hills is hosting the Holiday Light Cruise at the Penn Hills Government Center located at 102 Duff Road.
Parks Seasonal Closing
Penn Hills Municipal parks and ball fields are closed for the season as of November 1st, 2021. Restroom facilities are also closed for the season. Parks may still be used on a walk-in basis. Please do not block park entrance gates.
The Penn Hills Dog Park will remain open through November 30th.
Parks & Recreation is accepting pavilion rental requests for the 2022 parks season. Please call 412-798-2147 to check availability.
