Public Notice is hereby given that the Mayor of Penn Hills has called a Special Council Meeting on Monday, October 9th, 2023 at 7:00PM at the Penn Hills Municipal Building, 102 Duff Road, Pittsburgh PA 15235. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss residential waste hauling services and approve an agreement for residential waste hauling services.
