Penn Hills will hold Special Meeting on Monday, December 1, 2025 at 7:00PM at 102 Duff Road, Penn Hills. The purpose of the meeting will be to fulfil requirements of the Local Government Unit Debt Act, as it relates to potential public financing of public works projects, and any other matter that may come before council.
