Program Overview: The Allegheny County Area Agency on Aging offers $25 in vouchers to help eligible older adults purchase fresh fruits and vegetables at local farmers markets.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE – $25 total in vouchers (5 vouchers, $5 each) – Redeemable at participating farmers markets
WHO IS ELIGIBLE? – Age 60 or older (by December 31, 2026) – Allegheny County resident – Income limits: * 1 person: $29,526 or less * 2 people: $40,034 or less – Married couples may each receive vouchers – Not eligible if living in a facility that provides meals
IMPORTANT DATES – Apply Now – Deadline: September 15, 2026 – Vouchers mailed starting June 1, 2026
